This notice describes the public frontbox.ai website. It does not describe the processing of case data inside the FrontBox AI application.

What this website does

FrontBox AI is a product by Upgrade. This static website presents the product, its current implementation and development direction, an illustrative workflow, and a business contact address. It does not provide account registration, case submission, a chatbot or a payment service. The product views and workflow examples use synthetic data and do not change operational records.

Cookies and measurement

The website does not include analytics, advertising trackers, social-media embeds or optional cookies. It does not store preferences in a cookie or browser storage. The homepage script only reveals sections as you scroll and animates the illustrated workflow; it sends nothing and stores nothing. The demo video is a plain link to YouTube, not an embedded player.

Technical requests and hosting

To deliver the pages, hosting infrastructure receives technical request information, such as an IP address, request time, requested URL and browser information. The hosting provider may process technical logs to operate and secure the service. This website does not use those requests for visitor profiling.

Contacting us by email

Demo and contact links open your own email application. If you choose to contact us, the recipient receives the information you send, including your address and message. We use that information to handle your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive case information, passwords or identification documents in an initial enquiry.
